1000 innovative clean energy solutions and > 150 framework enablers with the potential to deliver more than twelve gigatonnes of avoided emissions by 2030

These assessments are based on a basic avoided emission assessment. The overall concept of avoided emissions is that a solution (product or service) enables the same function to be performed with significantly less GHG emissions. The method of measuring avoided emissions, is to compare a baseline scenario without the enabling solution, with a scenario using the enabling solution; whereby the baseline represents the ‘business as usual’ (BAU) scenario.

These assessments are based on the framework document: The Avoided Emissions Framework (AEF) from September 2020

Making potty-training fun for everybody

Making potty-training fun for everybody

RoPotty wrote: In 1950-s 95% of children where potty trained by the age of 1,5 years. Today, children in the developed world wear diapers until 3 years on average. By reducing this age we save over a billion disposable diapers a year, that would otherwise end up in landfill. Ropotty is a special potty-training device that parents can rent to teach their toddlers how to use the toilet. Making the potty exiting, educating and fun for children, helps the parents to save a lot of time, nerves and energy. We are building a renting system. That means parents don’t have to worry any more about what do to with the potty after their child is trained. They can just send it back to us and we will use it again...
