1000 innovative clean energy solutions and > 150 framework enablers with the potential to deliver more than twelve gigatonnes of avoided emissions by 2030

These assessments are based on a basic avoided emission assessment. The overall concept of avoided emissions is that a solution (product or service) enables the same function to be performed with significantly less GHG emissions. The method of measuring avoided emissions, is to compare a baseline scenario without the enabling solution, with a scenario using the enabling solution; whereby the baseline represents the ‘business as usual’ (BAU) scenario.

These assessments are based on the framework document: The Avoided Emissions Framework (AEF) from September 2020

Group two many cars in Aarhus wrote: Today cars can drive freely into the city, we propose that we make a car free zone in the city, but still giving the people flexible transportation options to get in and around the city. We propose that the city of aarhus adapt and introduce the concept of “park and ride” (p+r). P+r is a concept where the cars park outside the city in a parking house and use other more sustainably types of transportation to get into and around the city. The idea is that you park your car in one of the p+r-houses and use your fee as a ticket to other types of transportation. These transportation options could be public transportation like bus or light-rail, or the more flexible micromobility (light vehicles) options like bikes, e-bikes, e-scooters... It is a kind of non-contact permanent magnetic drive technology which consists of permanent magnetic rotor, winding rotor and the control system. When there is speed difference between the p-m rotor and winding internal rotor, induced electromotive force will be generated in the winding. By controlling the induced current, speed control and soft start can be realized. During power transmission, the slip power is converted into electric energy to be fedback and reused, which is efficient and energy saving; completely solving the problem of temperature rise of other variable speed regulating devices.
