1000 innovative clean energy solutions and > 150 framework enablers with the potential to deliver more than twelve gigatonnes of avoided emissions by 2030
These assessments are based on a basic avoided emission assessment. The overall concept of avoided emissions is that a solution (product or service) enables the same function to be performed with significantly less GHG emissions. The method of measuring avoided emissions, is to compare a baseline scenario without the enabling solution, with a scenario using the enabling solution; whereby the baseline represents the ‘business as usual’ (BAU) scenario.
These assessments are based on the framework document: The Avoided Emissions Framework (AEF) from September 2020

We incentivize consumers to save electricity by monetizing their electricity savings through the muon blockchain platform. Whatever electricity consumers save are monetized either in cash, credits or rewards. When a consumer buys electricity either via main grid or prosumers through muon app, we convert that to equivalent power tokens and, compare their electricity consumption within the peer group. We actively provide personalized electricity-saving tips that help consumers to save electricity. Whatever electricity they save are traded through our platform to other peers or merchants. Family farmers in low, middle and upper-middle income countries cannot easily afford expensive precision agriculture solutions which usually require high investment upfront. . Using a unique combination of general soil characteristics, climate models and satellite imagery, we designed agrovisio as a saas solution providing big data analytics from farm scale to national scale. Biological fouling on marine application can result in large economic loss due to hull damage as well as an increase in drag which results in more fuel consumption. I-Tech AB has developed an anti-foulant known as Selektope®, based on the chemical Medetomidine, that can be easily integrated into paint used for ships and that offers both improved in-service anti-foulant and static performance, which is important during outfitting of vessels. The agent an organic, non-metal compound that delivers these points at low concentrations.

Currently last-mile solutions are mainly done by vans and trucks. Velove Bikes AB seek to provide cities of the future with a sustainable replacement by using small and efficient electric cargo bikes with a low energy consumption. Utilizing the principles of containerization by implementation of city-hubs where products are transferred from larger containers to the electrical bikes, the solutions allow for large-scale delivery, reducing automotive traffic while increasing the efficiency for the delivery industry.
